About B Yoga
After studying yoga for several years, I realized that I needed to share the gift of yoga with others. I embarked on my Teacher Training Program in 2009 and have loved teaching since. Teaching yoga has been such an educational experience, for me, as well as my classes. Every day I see yoga in a new light, I feel the poses in a new way and my practice evolves, thanks to my students. As such my classes are ever changing with my experiences and my practice; the journey is endless.
I believe that one of the greatest gifts one can give to themselves is time away from time. We all have ample supplies of it, but often we think we don't have enough. Those that struggle to "find" time, are the ones that need yoga the most. When we take time for ourselves, we feel better, are healthier, happier and more alive. I strive to make the time people share with me enjoyable and unforgettable.
My philosophy is that yoga should be a fun yet invigorating experience. Once you step into your body and out of your mind, you will begin experiencing life in a whole new way.
